UK-based Nigerian gospel minister Joshua Ighomena has released his new album, Welcome Holy Spirit, a spiritually uplifting body of work centred on the presence of God, prayer, and intimacy with the Holy Spirit.
The album is led by its title track, “Welcome Holy Spirit,” a melody the singer says he received during moments of prayer and intercession. The song expresses a heartfelt desire to prepare one’s heart to receive and welcome the Holy Spirit, whom Joshua describes as our enabler and God.
Through this release, Joshua Ighomena seeks to draw listeners into a deeper awareness of the Holy Spirit’s presence and His role in the life of every believer. The song serves as an invitation to cultivate an atmosphere of worship, surrender, and fellowship with God.
Speaking about the project, Joshua encourages listeners to go beyond the lead single and experience the entire album, which consistently points to the Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
“I invite everyone to listen not just to this song, but to the entire album, which consistently speaks of our Lord and Saviour. It is sure to be a great blessing to you,” he shares.
With Welcome Holy Spirit, Joshua Ighomena presents a musical offering designed to inspire worship, strengthen faith, and encourage believers to embrace a deeper relationship with God.
The album Welcome Holy Spirit is available now on digital streaming platforms. Listeners are encouraged to stream the full project and experience its message of worship, prayer, and devotion.
